The search

Market survey and property viewings

Using the established criteria as a guide we search the market for all the available alternatives and prepare a market survey report identifying all opportunities that meet the aforementioned requirements, including:

  • A statement of the clients’ search criteria
  • All properties that were considered to be appropriate
  • A map showing the location of each property recommended for further consideration
  • A property summary including photographs of the property as well as an evaluation of the criteria that were stressed by the client as the most important in his decision making process
  • Floor plans for each property (where available)
  • Property viewings will be organized according to clients’ schedule in the most effective, convenient and safe manner for him.

The negotiation

Request for Proposals

The lease

  • We coordinate the development of all documents relating to the lease in cooperation with the clients’ legal counsel
  • We participate in drafting the lease contract to ensure that the final documentation reflects the terms agreed and that the property is secured within the desired time period

We will also assist with your due diligence, including liaising with your fit out team, building surveyors and landlord, and obtaining consent for your proposed fit-out works.
